For those who don't, cannot, or choose not to drive, Lancaster (LNC) is serviced by two Amtrak routes, The Keystone Service and The Pennsylvanian. There are 11 daily service combinations originating from New York Penn Station (NYP) (7 direct) and 13 originating from Washington Union Station (WAS). If you are traveling from outside of those two cities, we recommend you do not take the train.
Upon arriving to Lancaster station, you will find yourself in the city proper, 1.3 miles from the venue and 1.5 miles from the Marriott. A short rideshare trip will take you to either destination.
A note from the groom: The Pennsylvanian is often highly delayed while the Keystone service is far more punctual, so we recommend avoiding tickets that include the Pennsylvanian if possible. However the Keystone Service trains do not have a café car, so buy your beer and snacks beforehand. I recommend visiting the Duane Reed across from Moynihan Train Hall for your railway journey refreshments. Don't forget to give the homeless doorman a dollar in honor of the festive occasion!
Philadelphia International Airport is the closest major airport to Lancaster. If flying into PHL, we recommend taking the train (see above) or renting a car for the final leg of your trip to Lancaster.
Lancaster Airport is served by Southern Airlines flights from Pittsburgh (PIT) and Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). It is also served by American Airlines Landline (it's a bus don't be fooled).
